Delivery in Montenegro
- Delivery for orders totaling €50 to €300 costs €3–€10, depending on the destination.
- Delivery for orders over €301 is free.
- Delivery time: 2–5 business days.
International Delivery
Orders are shipped via the EMS postal service through Montenegro Post.
- Delivery for orders totaling €50 to €300 costs €20–€40, depending on the destination country.
- Delivery for orders over €301 is free.
- Average delivery time is 15–35 days, depending on the destination country.
Each jewelry package is packed in a soft protective layer. Dresses are packed in a box and a plastic bag to protect them from various external factors.

Each country has its own customs regulations and import duties. Please carefully review your country’s laws and contact your local post office for more details.
Each shipment includes accompanying documents: a receipt and a contract. A customs declaration is attached to the outside of the package.
The seller is not responsible for:
- The amount of customs duties;
- Storage of parcels at customs or post offices;
- Delivery delays caused by customs;
- Providing legally accurate advice regarding customs procedures in your country.
Order Processing Time: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM CEST (Montenegro time). If an order is placed on a weekend, it will be processed on the next business day in the order it was received.
Production time (with all necessary materials available):
- Dress: 6-10 weeks.
- Veil: 1-2 weeks.
- Cape or Top: 2-3 weeks.
- Accessories: 1-2 weeks.
Payment methods
Payment for Orders in Montenegro:
After confirming all order details and availability, the issued invoice can be paid at the post office or at any bank to the company’s account.
Payment for Orders from Other Countries:
After confirming all order details and availability, the issued invoice can be paid via SWIFT transfer to the company’s account.
If your order total is below 300 euros and your bank charges a high fee for SWIFT transfers, you can opt to pay via the Boosty service (card payment) or through Payoneer.
